EMBEZZLEMENT.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
If a suspended receiver is found guilty of embezzlement, the receiver shall be removed from office and a suit shall be instituted to recover on a bond authorized under Chapter 653, Government Code.
