Tex. Occ. Code § 1101.663 · Subchapter N. PROHIBITED PRACTICES AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS
REAPPLYING AFTER REVOCATION, SURRENDER, OR DENIAL.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A person whose license or registration has been revoked, a person who has surrendered a license or registration issued by the commission, or a person whose application for a license or registration has been denied after a hearing under Section 1101.657 may not apply to the commission for a license or registration before the second anniversary of the date of the revocation, surrender, or denial.
