DETERMINATION OF FITNESS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
As prescribed by Section 1101.353, the commission shall determine, on request, whether a person possesses the fitness to engage in a profession licensed under this chapter and may conduct a supplemental determination of the person's fitness.
