DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
On a finding that a ground for disciplinary action exists under this chapter, the commission or executive director may impose an administrative sanction or administrative penalty or seek a civil penalty or any other remedy as provided by this chapter and Chapter 51.
