REPORT ON PENDING COMPLAINTS.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The board shall include with its annual financial report information regarding any investigations that remain pending after one year, including the reasons the investigations remain pending. Information in the report under this section may not identify a patient for any purpose unless proper consent to the release is given by the patient.
