ELIGIBILITY FOR ASSOCIATE AUCTIONEER LICENSE.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
An individual is eligible for an associate auctioneer license if the individual:
(1) is a citizen of the United States or a legal alien; and
(2) works under the direct supervision of an auctioneer licensed under this chapter.
