NOTICE TO DEPARTMENT OF SOLAR SALESPERSONS AUTHORIZED TO ENGAGE IN RESIDENTIAL SOLAR RETAIL.

A solar retailer shall promptly notify the department in a manner prescribed by the department of:

(1) each solar salesperson authorized to engage in residential solar retail on behalf of the solar retailer; and

(2) any change in an authorization described by Subdivision (1).
