Tex. Occ. Code § 1956.122 · Subchapter C-1. CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING CATALYTIC CONVERTERS REMOVED FROM MOTOR VEHICLES
APPLICABILITY; EFFECT OF LAW.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, this subchapter applies to the purchase or acquisition, from a person described by Section 1956.002(1), of a catalytic converter removed from a motor vehicle.
(b) This subchapter does not affect any requirement under Subchapter A-3, including any requirement applicable to the purchase or acquisition of a catalytic converter removed from a motor vehicle from a person not described by Section 1956.002(1).
