Tex. Occ. Code § 2025.106 · Subchapter C. RACETRACK LICENSE ISSUANCE AND RENEWAL
COMMISSION REVIEW OF ACTIVE RACETRACK LICENSE; FEE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The commission shall review the ownership and management of an active license issued under this chapter every five years beginning on the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of the license.
(b) In performing the review, the commission may require the license holder to provide any information that would be required to be provided in connection with an original license application under this chapter.
(c) The commission shall charge fees for the review in amounts sufficient to implement this section.
