DUTIES REGARDING PRESCRIPTIVE AUTHORITY AGREEMENTS.

The physician assistant board shall in conjunction with the Texas Medical Board and the Texas Board of Nursing perform the functions and duties relating to prescriptive authority agreements assigned to the physician assistant board in Sections 157.0512 and 157.0513.
