LIMITATION OF PARKING CHARGE IN CONNECTION WITH SPECIAL EVENT.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A parking facility owner may not charge for parking a vehicle in the parking facility in connection with a special event an amount that is more than two times the amount computed using the rate that is normally charged for parking a vehicle in the facility on that day of the week and at that time.
(b) This section does not apply to an institution of higher education or a private or independent institution of higher education.
