ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The board shall adopt rules that establish procedures for assessing an administrative penalty and that provide for notice and a hearing for a license holder that may be subject to a penalty under this subchapter.
(b) A proceeding under this subchapter is subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code.
