REQUIRED SUSPENSION OF LICENSE OF INCARCERATED CERTIFICATE HOLDER.

Regardless of the offense, the advisory board shall suspend the certificate or approval of a person serving a prison term in a state or federal penitentiary during the term of the incarceration.
