Tex. Occ. Code § 602.055 · Subchapter B. MEDICAL PHYSICIST LICENSURE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
TERMS; VACANCY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Members of the advisory committee serve two-year terms. The terms of the members expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.
(b) A person is not eligible to serve more than two consecutive full terms.
(c) If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the president of the medical board shall appoint a person to serve for the unexpired term.
