Tex. Occ. Code § 603.4515 · Subchapter J. PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS
CIVIL PENALTY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted or an order issued under this chapter is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 a day.
(b) At the request of the medical board, the attorney general shall bring an action to recover a civil penalty authorized under this section.
