WAIVER OF HEARING BY FUNERAL OR CREMATORY ESTABLISHMENT.

A funeral or crematory establishment alleged to have violated this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter may waive the right to a hearing as provided by Section 651.506 by written notification to the commission.
