Tex. Parks & Wild. Code § 12.405 · Subchapter E. PUNISHMENTS
CLASS B PARKS AND WILDLIFE CODE MISDEMEANOR.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
An individual adjudged guilty of a Class B Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor shall be punished by:
(1) a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2,000;
(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 180 days; or
(3) both such fine and imprisonment.
