PARKS AND WILDLIFE CODE STATE JAIL FELONY.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) An individual adjudged guilty of a Parks and Wildlife Code state jail felony shall be punished by confinement in a state jail for a term of not more than two years or less than 180 days.
(b) In addition to confinement, an individual adjudged guilty of a Parks and Wildlife Code state jail felony may be punished by a fine of not less than $1,500 and not more than $10,000.
