FINFISH LICENSE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.

To promote efficiency and economic stability in the commercial finfish industry and to conserve economically important finfish resources, the department shall implement a finfish license management program in accordance with proclamations adopted by the commission under Chapter 61 and this subchapter.
