Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The fee for a license is $500, or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more. All fees generated by the issuance of a license under this subchapter are to be sent to the comptroller for deposit to the credit of the game, fish, and water safety account.
