Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person may not hold or directly or indirectly control more than three licenses issued under this subchapter other than an equipment license.
(b) A license issued to a person other than an individual must designate an individual in whose name the license will be issued.
