WHEN CHALLENGE IS SUSTAINED

Text — As posted by the Supreme Court of Texas (file dated October 2, 2026)
If the challenge be sustained, the array of jurors summoned shall be discharged, and the court shall order other jurors summoned in their stead, and shall direct that the sheriff or clerk who summoned the persons so discharged, and on account of whose misconduct the challenge has been sustained, shall not summon any other jurors in the case.
