GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ELECTION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The district may issue general obligation bonds only if the bonds are authorized by a majority of the district voters voting at an election held for that purpose.
(b) The board may order a bond election. The election shall be conducted as provided by Chapter 1251, Government Code.
(c) The board shall declare the results of the election.
