Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code § 1040.053 · Subchapter B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION
BOND; RECORD OF BOND AND OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF OFFICE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $1,000 that is:
(1) payable to the district; and
(2) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 131 , Sec. 7, eff. May 28, 2015.
