QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDACY.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person may not be a candidate for director from the district at large unless the person is a qualified voter of the district.
(b) A person may not be a candidate for director for a county commissioners precinct unless the person is a qualified voter of that precinct.
