Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The board shall require the board secretary to keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.
(b) After each meeting:
(1) the member presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and
(2) the board secretary shall attest the record.
