QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person may not be elected or appointed as a director unless the person is:
(1) a resident of the district; and
(2) a qualified voter.
(b) A director elected from a commissioners precinct is not required to be a resident of that commissioners precinct.
