GENERAL POWER OF PUBLIC AGENCIES AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS TO CONTRACT WITH AUTHORITY.

A public agency or political subdivision of this state, including the cities, may enter into a contract or agreement with the authority, on terms agreed to by the parties, for any purpose relating to the authority's powers or functions. Approval, notice, consent, or an election is not required in connection with the contract or agreement.
