BOARD RESOLUTIONS; VOTING REQUIREMENTS.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025

(a) The district shall act through orders or resolutions adopted by the board.

(b) All directors are entitled to vote.

(c) The affirmative vote of a majority of the directors in attendance, but not fewer than four directors, is necessary to adopt an order or resolution.
