QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A person may not be appointed or elected a director unless the person:
(1) is a resident of the district;
(2) owns land in the district subject to taxation; and
(3) is at least 18 years of age at the time of the election or appointment.
