Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The board shall require the secretary to keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.
(b) After each meeting:
(1) the manager presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and
(2) the secretary shall attest the record.
