Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The board may appoint qualified persons as:
(1) the assistant district administrator; and
(2) the attorney for the district.
(b) The assistant district administrator and the attorney serve at the will of the board and are entitled to receive the compensation determined by the board.
