CORRECTION OF MISTAKE.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025

After notice and hearing in the manner required for an original assessment, the board may impose an assessment to correct a mistake in the assessment that:

(1) relates to the total cost of the assessment; or

(2) covers a delinquency or collection costs.
