WESTWORTH VILLAGE-WHITE SETTLEMENT REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

The authority is established as a political subdivision of this state if Westworth Village and White Settlement each:

(1) adopt a resolution authorizing the authority's establishment; and

(2) appoint three members to the board.
