APPROVAL OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

The district must obtain approval from the governing body of the City of Houston and the department of planning of the City of Houston of the plans and specifications of any improvement project that involves the use of a right-of-way of a street, road, or highway or the use of municipal land.
