QUORUM.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Section 375.071, Local Government Code, does not apply to the district.
(b) A majority of the board is a quorum.
(c) Nonvoting directors and vacant director positions are not counted for the purposes of establishing a board quorum.
