ABOLISHING SALES AND USE TAX.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Except as provided in Subsection (b), the board, with the consent of the governing body of the City of Nassau Bay, may abolish the sales and use tax without an election.
(b) The board may not abolish the sales and use tax if the district has outstanding debt secured by the tax.
