TAXES FOR RAIL FACILITIES AND IMPROVEMENTS.

Under Sections 52 and 52-a, Article III, and Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, the district may impose taxes in accordance with this subchapter for the construction and maintenance of rail facilities and improvements.
