VACANCY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The remaining directors shall fill a vacancy on the board by appointing a person who meets the qualifications prescribed by Section 3868.052(a).
(b) If there are fewer than three directors, the governing body of the town shall appoint the necessary number of directors to fill all board vacancies.
