Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A vacancy in the office of director shall be filled by appointment of a qualified individual by a majority vote of the remaining directors. The board may remove a director for misconduct or failure to carry out the director's duties by unanimous vote of all of the remaining directors.
