ELIGIBILITY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Except for a director appointed as provided by Section 3886.051(c) or 3886.056(a), to be eligible to serve as a director a person must own land in the district. Section 49.052, Water Code, applies to the district.
