Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code § 3897.053 · Subchapter B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ELIGIBILITY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) To be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be:
(1) an owner of real property in the district; or
(2) an employee of a person described by Subdivision (1).
(b) Section 49.052, Water Code, does not apply to the district.
