AGREEMENTS; GRANTS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) As provided by Chapter 375, Local Government Code, the district may make an agreement with or accept a gift, grant, or loan from any person.
(b) The implementation of a project is a governmental function or service for the purposes of Chapter 791, Government Code.
