APPOINTMENT OF VOTING DIRECTORS.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The mayor and members of the governing body of the city shall appoint voting directors from persons recommended by the board.
(b) A person is appointed if a majority of the members of the governing body and the mayor vote to appoint that person.
