ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF IMPOSITION.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, the district may impose the sales and use tax as provided by Subchapter F, Chapter 383, Local Government Code, instead of as provided by the other provisions of this subchapter.
