IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND SERVICES.

(a) The district may provide, design, construct, acquire, improve, relocate, operate, maintain, or finance an improvement project or service using any money available to the district, or contract with a governmental or private entity for the provision, design, construction, acquisition, improvement, relocation, operation, maintenance, or financing of an improvement project or service authorized under this chapter or Chapter 372 or 375, Local Government Code.
(b) An improvement project may be located inside or outside the district.
