Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is liable to the district for a civil penalty of not less than $10 or more than $200 for each violation.
(b) Each day a violation continues is a separate violation.
