BALLOT PROCEDURE FOR CANDIDATES.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person who wants to have the person's name printed on the ballot as a candidate for director must present a petition requesting that action.
(b) The petition must be:
(1) signed by at least 50 residents of the district who are registered to vote at the election; and
(2) presented to the board's secretary not later than the 16th day before the date of the election.
