GENERAL AUTHORITY OF PUBLIC AGENCIES AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS TO CONTRACT WITH DISTRICT.

A public agency or political subdivision of this state may enter into a contract or agreement with the district, on terms agreed to by the parties, for any purpose relating to the district's powers or functions. Approval, notice, consent, or an election is not required in connection with a contract or agreement.
