AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The district may issue bonds to carry out any power conferred by this chapter, including the power to provide a source of water supply for any person for municipal, domestic, or industrial purposes.
(b) The bonds must be authorized by a board resolution.
